Based in Palm Beach Florida, ACI creates and manages opportunities in the growing Florida real estate market.  ACI utilizes a Private Client Group investment model that pools funds from multiple investors into one or more investments.  This model allows investors with varying resources and real estate knowledge to successfully invest in real estate and to take advantage of our strategic alliances and our knowledge of the target market.

Our focus includes: residential development, waterfront properties, commercial and low cost vacant residential lots in rapidly growing communities.

Private Client Groups
Private Client Groups invest in the opportunities created by ACI.  These groups are made up of multiple investors for the purpose of investing in a specific target investment.  A single investor may be involved in one or more PCGs at any given time and their involvement in a PCG is solely upon the direction of the investor.  Invested funds will need to be committed for the predefined term outlined during the formation of the PCG.

The PCG
structure is simple and mutually beneficial.  PCGs are created in the form of a Florida Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) where each investor becomes a Limited Partner within the LLC and ACI is the Managing Member.  ACI retains a thirty percent ownership in all PCGs in return for the services involved in the creation and management of the investment.  Investors fund one hundred percent of the investment and share in seventy percent of the profits.  There are no additional management fees other than ACI's ownership percentage, so ACI only profits when you profit.  Initial investments are returned prior to any profit calculations.  See the Sample PCG Transaction page for an investment example.
